To report a job or an user for any inapprotiate conduct, you must visit the job detail or public profile page respectively. Once you have visited the page, locate the icon (on the upper-right corner of the page). Clicking on it will give you options to select a category, which you can submit your report under.
To block other users, you need to visit their public profile page and locate the icon which is next to the (report) icon on the upper-right corner of the page. Simply click on the icon to block the user.
Visit our account settings page and locate the green 'Delete My Account' button. Press the button and confirm it to delete your account.
If you are using a desktop computer or a laptop, you may notice a 'Apply now' button pop up when you hover over a job image. However, if you are using a mobile device you may have to press on the image for the 'Apply now' button to appear. Simply click on it and a textbox should appear. If you wish to add a cover letter or any information/question regarding the job, you may type it in the textbox. To complete the application, click the blue submit button.

Visit your edit profile page, you can go there by clicking on the 'My Account' dropdown on the upper-right corner of the screen. Then press on the link 'Edit Profile'. Scroll down to the CV section of the page and press on the green button which appears when you hover over it, or press on the CV section if you are on a mobile device for the button to appear. Clicking on the button should navigate you to a page where you can upload your CV. This CV will be automatically sent with your job applications.
You will receive a notification from us when the said action has occured. If you have turned on the email notification, we will email you aswell. Also, the progress of your job application can be viewed in manage jobs page, where the application is sorted into thier respected tabs.
The employer will process it and send you a reply when they are done. They may contact you during the application process to get more information about you or to invite you for an interview.
Locate the 'Post a Job' link on the nav-bar at the top of the page. Clicking on it would navigate you to a page where you can fill out a form to post a job on the IAMFLEXI site.

Locate the relevant job in the listed jobs or previous jobs page. Once you have found it, click on the green 'View applicants' button to lead you to applicant detail page. Here, you can find information about the applicants i.e. cover letter, cv, review etc. You will also find the accept, shortlist and reject button under the 'Accept / Shortlist / Reject' column.
Applicants must first be shortlisted to be interviewed. To schedule an interview, visit the shortlisted section of your job and click the schedule interview button. You can give applicants four options (time period) to choose from. Applicants will be notified when you click the submit button.
